Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga was founded with the aim to preserve and spread the classical practices of Hatha Yoga so that the right knowledge of Yoga can be imparted to the world. Hath Yogic lineage traces back to Adi Sound (The first Sound). This is the lineage that has left no signature or stamp on any of the yogic practices. It is all-embracing, all-inclusive, and universal in its application to entire humankind.
