Isabel transitioned into Yoga from a background of professional dance, both as a dancer and a dance teacher, of over 25 years. She has a deep understanding of how the body moves and brings this into her yoga teaching and her own personal yoga practice. Isabell is practice Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style. Over the past years she has studied and practiced Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga and Vinyasa yoga. She is a certified ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) by the Yoga Alliance and holds 6 Certificates in YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) with more than 3000 hours.
